What does the premium plan cost?
If you’re interested in our scalable premium package, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will send you a quote based on the requirements you’ve provided.
What does the basic support include?
9-5 business hours EST.
Basic support includes: Deployment of the server, fixing any issues server side (not application level), loading of a CMS ex. wordpress, joomlah, etc. Basic security and hardening.
What does the premium support include?
Premium support includes:
- Website monitoring
- 24 hour support
- Basic application support
- All basic support options are also included
Will you build our website?
We work with developers, our in house developers focus predominantly on WordPress. At an additional cost you can have your website built by our developers.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
We require month to month contracts with 2 weeks notification for any changes to your plan.
